All my pricing includes travel up to 39 miles. After 39  miles there are additional travel fees up to 45 miles. After 45 miles I am outside of my service area. 

I require a homeowner or realtor to be present at all listings. This is for my safety, to have questions I have about the property answered, and to ensure your listing looks how you want in the photographs and nothing is missed. 

I offer same-day turnaround on images unless unforeseen circumstances happen.

If that occurs you will receive next-day service. Video services are next-day services. 

Photography 

Includes interiors and exteriors of homes. Virtual staging and virtual twilight imaging are also available. All pricing is based on the square footage of the home. Homes 4200 sq. ft. and larger are subject to custom quotes depending on the time of the session, square footage, and the number of images provided. 

Drone Photography & Video 

I am FAA licensed and offer drone photography and drone video services. Drone is a great add on feature to wow your clients that won't break the bank. Drone photography starts at $60 as an add on service, and $110 as a stand alone service. 

Drone video is $80 as an add on, and $115 as a stand alone service. 

Video Walkthroughs & Showcase Video

Video Walkthroughs are simple walkthroughs of your listing. They include the square footage, address, number of bed and baths, and have background music playing. Starting at $75 as an add on, and $110 as a stand alone service. Videos are 45 seconds to 2 minutes in length. 

Showcase videos includes simple drone exterior footage of your listing and the video walkthrough together. This is a great option for homes on acreage. Starting at $85 as an add on, and $125 as a standalone service. The video includes music, and the pertinent details of your listing. Videos are 1 minute to 2 1/2 minutes long.
